Worker Safety
Raised Ledger System,
Trip-free scaffold platforms
Raised Ledger System creates continuous, trip-free scaffolding platforms for a safer work environment at height on industrial sites.
AT-PAC’s Raised Ledger System integrates seamlessly with Ringlock scaffolding to create a work surface free of protruding parts. By raising Ledgers 8″ (200 mm)—the exact height to clear spigots—it forms flush platforms. Built for industrial and commercial projects, it delivers continuous ledger tubes, eliminating trip hazards and boosting productivity on birdcages over loading bays, gantries above conveyors, suspended refinery decks, and event stages—typical scenarios where large, unobstructed work areas are essential.
Optimized to only have an additional four new fully Ringlock compatible components available in multiple sizes, this investment-friendly add-on enhances on-site safety, simplifies material handling, and accelerates assembly for scaffolding providers—eliminating makeshift wooden platforms while keeping your core inventory unchanged.
With only four core components, the Raised Ledger System maximizes safety on large working scaffolds and boosts productivity for scaffolding crews.
Its accessory range builds on Ringlock’s simple rosette-and-wedge connection, assembling into seamless scaffolding platforms for a secure access solution.
Raises the main Ledger 8" (200 mm)
Overcomes the tripping hazzard of the top of the standard and the wedge connection.

Rosette-mounted installation
Hooks securely onto Ringlock rosettes for fast, tool-free attachment and reliable load transfer.
Available in Ringlock dimensions
Supplied in all standard ledger lengths for seamless integration with existing inventory.
Raised Ledger, to overcome protrusions.
By raising Ringlock ledgers above the top of the standard and the wedges, the Raised Ledger transforms the scaffold into a perfectly flush deck—no protrusions, no gaps, just continuous, trip-free surfaces that keep crews moving safely and efficiently.
The Raised Truss Ledger provides rigidity to heavy-load platforms, delivering the strength needed in industrial applications.
Capping Piece that unites the raised ledger tubes.
By closing the top of the standard, the Capping Piece seamlessly links ledger tubes thus creating a continuous transom to support Ringlock steel planks to create a flush deck.
When used between guardrails, it creates a continuous handrail around the perimeter.
Continuous transom tube
Creates continuous connection for Ringlock steel planks.
Integrated spigot
Capping Piece has an integrated spigot that slots into the top of the Standard.
Seamless guardrail installation with the Guardrail Standard
Attached directly to the Ringlock standards on the edges of the scaffolding platform, the Guardrail Standard ensures guardrails can be installed around the perimeter without having to modify the Ringlock Steel Planks.
With Raised Ledger System
Traditional method
The AT-PAC Raised Ledger System is a game-changer for any project demanding a flat, continuous working deck.
We used the Raised Ledger System across multiple loading bays, with unmatched efficiency compared to conventional methods.
For our ORC hanging scaffold, the system proved its value again — Built on the ground, and lifted into place, the system simplified erection, improving safety, and creating a stable, level platform across a large suspended area.
I would recommend the Raised Ledger system for any project requiring a flat working deck.
Col Large, KJ Scaffolding, NSW Australia
From large scaffolding dancefloors to suspended work decks and event stages, the Raised Ledger System delivers safety-compliant platforms and empowers scaffolding providers to meet customer demands while streamlining installation for project teams.
In Australia, Raised Ledger System enabled a suspended maintenance platform 40 m above ground.
For a 40 m-high maintenance project, AT-PAC’s Ringlock Lifting Lugs and accessories allowed 9 × 9 m scaffold modules to be fully assembled at ground level, craned into place, and hung directly from structural steel.
Integrating the Raised Ledger System allowed for a trip-free working area, saving time during the maintenance program.
What is the Raised Ledger System?
The Raised Ledger System is a set of modular scaffolding accessories engineered to elevate working decks by 8" (200 mm) above standard Ringlock ledgers, creating a trip-free scaffolding platform. By providing flush decking and continuous transoms, it delivers a smooth, safe walkway for working crews on industrial sites, as well as for event staging teams at concerts and festivals, while scaffolding teams save time and effort by eliminating makeshift platform solutions.
How does it elevate industrial scaffolding performance?
– Industrial working platforms gain necessary clearance above spigots without bulky add-ons, optimizing Ringlock grid layouts.
– The unobstructed scaffolding catwalks streamline material handling, inspection, and maintenance in jobsites such as refineries, power plants, and chemical facilities.
– Provides a trip-free walking area, enhancing on-site safety for working crews
– Provides a continuous handrail, eliminating perimeter gaps on platforms
– Requires few new components, reducing material waste and logistics complexity
Can it handle event staging & construction sites?
Absolutely. The AT-PAC Raised Ledger System can be used as event staging scaffolding, creating secure platforms in arenas, concert stages, and exhibition halls. In construction, it enables birdcage scaffolding, ideal for overhead cable routing, HVAC installation and ceiling work.
Which types of scaffolding planks does it support?
The Raised Ledger System works with all O-type AT-PAC Ringlock steel planks and aluminium hatch decks —repurposing your existing planks and decks without extra inventory.
